By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Services
Mall Digi Pro provides digital, cloud-based software services (SaaS).
All products are delivered electronically and no physical goods are shipped.
Due to the digital nature of our services, refund eligibility is subject to the terms described below.
2. Subscription Plans (Monthly / Annual)
Cancellation
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will prevent future renewals.
- Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active billing period.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests for subscription plans may be considered only if:
- The request is made within 3 days of the initial purchase, and
- No substantial usage of the software has occurred.
Refund requests after 3 days will not be eligible.
Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.
3. Lifetime Plans (One-Time Payment)
Lifetime plans involve a one-time payment for long-term access.
Refund requests for lifetime plans:
- Must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
- Must show valid technical issues that prevent usage.
Once access credentials have been activated and software usage has begun, refunds may not be granted.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the software
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Violation of Terms & Conditions
- Account suspension due to misuse
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, users must:

- Include registered email address
- Include product name
- Provide transaction details
- Explain the reason for the request
Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway and bank processing time.
6. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of access.
7. Technical Issues
If users experience technical issues, we recommend contacting support first.
Our team will attempt to resolve issues before determining refund eligibility.
8. Policy Updates
Mall Digi Pro reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
